WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO WE ACCEPT

At www.noblenordic.dk we accept payments with Dankort, Visa, VisaDankort, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Maestro and MobilePay.

HOW AND WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED?

We use DAO/Coolrunner to deliver our products and our standard cost is EUR 7,15 - 9,10.

We will pack your item the same day if ordered before 20.00 and it will be delivered within 2 - 8 days. 

Orders over EUR 100 will have free shipping 

OUR RETURN POLICY

When you shop with us at www.noblenordic.dk you have 30 days from the day you receive your products to return any unwanted items, unfortunately after this date we can no longer accept returns.

You must, within 30 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to return your purchase. The notification must be given by sending an email to hallo@noblenordic.dk informing us that you wish to exercise your right of return.

You must return your order to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us by email hallo@noblenordic.dk that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay the direct costs associated with the return of the item.

Upon return you are responsible for the item being properly packaged and bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until receipt with us.

STANDARD RETURN

You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. You can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the item used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be refunded.

REPAYMENT OF BUYING BENEFITS

If you wish to return your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid back from us. If you use your cancellation right, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and in every case within 14 days from the date of notification of your decision to return the purchase.

The refund will be sent to you by the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly request otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the returned item in good order, unless you have submitted documentation before returning it.

If you return your purchase you must attach a copy of the original order confirmation and sent to:

Please note, we cannot receive packages via COD.

WARRANTY

The Code of Conduct of the Buying Act may apply to purchases.

When you shop at www.noblenordic.dk, you have 24 months warranty. This means that you may either have the item repaired, exchanged, money refunded or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation.

Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other malicious act.

You must inform us within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of an item. Up to two months after the defect has been discovered is considered reasonable for a complaint to be raised.

We will refund reasonable shipping costs once your claim has been approved.

When you return the item, please detail the problem.

Please note, we cannot receive packages sent COD.

The item must always be returned in the correct packaging and remember to retain a proof of shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

If you have a complaint between 7-24 months after receiving the product you will need to proof the product was faulty when it was received.

APPEALS

Please contact hallo@noblenordic.dk if you want to complain about your purchase. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board, if the conditions are met, see www.kfst.dk.
