What Payment methods do we accept?

At www.noblenordic.dk we accept payments with Dankort, Visa, VisaDankort, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Maestro and Mobile-pay.t

How and when will my products be shipped?

We use DAO to deliver our products and our standard cost is 25 DKK.

We will pack your item the same day if ordered before 20:00 and it will be delivered within 2 - 3 days. We are operational on both Saturday and Sunday, so it never takes us more than
24 hours to process and send your package.

Orders over 400dkk will have free shipping.

Our return policy

When you shop with us at www.noblenordic.dk you have 30 days from the day you receive your products to return any unwanted items, unfortunately after this date we can no longer accept returns.

You must, within 30 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to return your purchase. The notification must be given by sending an email to hallo@noblenordic.dk informing us that you wish to exercise your right of return.

You must return your order to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase by email: hallo@noblenordic.dk Upon return you are responsible for the item being properly packaged and bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until receipt with us.

Noble Nordic ApS pays for shipping when returning.

STANDARD RETURN:

You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. You can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the item used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be refunded. In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can at a physical store. You may test the product, but do not take it into full use.

REPAYMENT OF BUYING BENEFITS:

If you wish to return your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid back from us. If you use your cancellation right, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in every case within 14 days from the date of notification of your decision to return the purchase.

The refund will be sent to you by the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly request otherwise. We can withhold the refund until we have received the returned item in good order, unless you have submitted documentation before returning it. Return items should be sent to:

What should I send back?

You must attach a copy of the original order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also fill out our standard return form. Please note, we cannot receive packages viaCOD.

WARRANTY:

The Code of Conduct of the Buying Act may apply to purchases. When you shop at www.noblenordic.dk, you have 24 months warranty. This means that you may either have the item repaired, exchanged, money refunded or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. Obviously, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an incorrect use of the product or other malicious act. If you have a complaint between 7-24 months after receiving the product you will need to proof the product was faulty when it was received.

Faulty products ( do we need to include this ) ?
You must inform us within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of an item. Up to two months after the defect has been discovered is considered reasonable for a complaint to be raised. We will refund shipping costs once your claim has been approved.

When you return the item, please detail the problem. Please note, we cannot receive packages sent COD. The item must always be returned in the correct packaging and remember to retain a proof of shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

PRIVACY POLICY

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

We will make a registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you. The personal data is registered with Quickpay and stored for five years after which the information is deleted. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it is always only with your explicit consent so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why. The director of Noble Nordic ApS has access to the information that is registered about you. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. Information given to www.noblenordic.dk is not disclosed or sold to third parties in any way, and we do not detect any personally sensitive information. As registered with Noble Nordic ApS, you are always entitled to refuse registration. You also have the right to understand what information is registered about you. You have these rights in accordance with the Personal Data Act to contact Noble Nordic ApS by e-mail hallo@noblenordic.dk

APPEALS

Please contact hallo@noblenordic.dk if you want to complain about your purchase. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board, if the conditions are met, see www.kfst.dk.
